Does NYC and wet and wild makeup eyeliner and mascara work well?

mainly eyeliner and mascara anybody know? and do they have waterproof? cause I can't afford Covergirl anymore =/Does NYC and wet and wild makeup eyeliner and mascara work well?
I prefer Wet n Wild liquid eyeliner. Same reasons as you: it's cheap and it works decently. They do have waterproof; it's about a dollar more. I WOULDN'T buy the pencil eyeliners from these brands. I've tried it a while time ago, and it doesn't work very well at all. Never tried the mascara. I assume it will clump up.





If you live near an Ulta Makeup Store (You can check on their webstie) they have a neat brand called NYX. If you don't live near an Ulta shop, you can buy it off the NYX website. NYX Cosmetics is about as cheap as Wet n Wild, and it works better. Certain eyeliners and mascara's are only $4. The eyeshadows are pretty cheap as well.Does NYC and wet and wild makeup eyeliner and mascara work well?
its okay but its bad for you. places like beauty supply stores have stuff for such good prices that are alot better for you. like sally beauty supply. those places are where like hometown salon owners go to get there stuff and everything is a super bargin.
it works, but is so bad for you, from what i've heard. whenever i've tried the eye stuff , it irritates my eyes. i would n't buy it.
